Goodness, I have been so busy I haven't updates in almost a month. Well....as far as the elliptical goes I am up to 10 minutes straight. I don't see how people can go 45 minutes straight! @Yvette you should have seen me and my girlfriend when we first attempted the elliptical.....it was hilarious. We would be huffing and puffing after a minute really sore and would only make it to 2 minutes. I have had to build slowly over time, anyway that is an update on my effort. Hope you are doing well Yvette.

It's time to get back on track for me at least. I hope that each of you have been doing great if not let's start fresh at a new starting point. Starting Monday please make an exercise goal.
