I have tried it a couple of times for fitness and water intake. I am still kind of leary about using it because I am not sure if it will put the things that are tracked in the appropriate category. The dry erase board sounds like a very good idea. You can then transfer that information to the computer at a later time. Use the resources here that are convenient for you.

Hi, I blogged about this today, but thought I would post the question here as well:

I have a dry-erase board on my refrigerator where I have a list of the recommended servings of veggies, fruit, milk, grains, meats/beans. I've been trying to stay aware of my servings to ensure that I'm getting enough of each nutrient. Plus, I'm taking my pre-natal, my calcium supplement, and my other supplements everyday.

I'm finding that I'm just getting confused, or just unfocused or something. Keeping track of both nutrients and calories etc. I want to get the most out of my spark experience, but don't want to feel like its cumbersome, but part of me is a bit afraid to just go to the "quick track" methods. Anyone who is still on a weightloss journey having success with quicktrack?
