Today had the ingredients that lead up to a bad day, but I did not medicate with food. I actually took the rest of the day off from work. I think today is a great day for spring cleaning so that is what I will do.
I will wake up early tomorrow, pop Leslie Sansone into the DVD player and do five miles with her. She makes everyday seem very positive and happy.

Maybe that's my problem. I don't really think about tomorrow. I think about the here and now. I get bummed out thinking about the past, and I get disappointed thinking about how far away the future is.

The old me says have a bad day can only be remedied with food. I'm still conquering that old bad thinking.

At this point what helps me is bitching to my friends to vent the steam. And then if that fails I go to bed and sleep it off.

Tomorrow is another word for Possibility!

I'm generally the optimist, when it doesn't come to me. Tell me something negative and I'll try to make it a happy something for you.

When it comes to me, not so much. I pout and whine. I try to seek out cuddles to make me feel better. When cuddles aren't available, I try to do something constructive. Completing a project/task/creating something makes me pretty happy.

Go for a run, listen to my favorite guilty pleasure pop music, have a skinny iced somethin somethin at Starbucks or if all else fails, suck it up, go to bed and know that tomorrow will probably be better!

As strange as it may sound - I blow it off.
