It was about 40 to 60 minutes at the gym plus two near mile walks during the day with a coworker. I'm canceling the gym in favor of bike riding and jogging. Probably jogging in the morning and bike riding in the afternoon. And graduating calisthenics (length and intensity increases a bit each week).

Outside of yoga, walks during the work day, and gardening, I'm taking a break from exercise this week to adjust to my new eating plan (dinner for breakfast).

This is a great idea Yvette!

Well, I walk every morning and afternoon, taking my son to school and then going to get him. Lately when I take him, I leave the school and walk back to the house, by taking a little bit of a further route, total it's over a mile. I'm trying to get up the nerve to do more than that. So that's usually 5 days a week for morning and afternoon walks. Occasionally I will go for a walk on Saturday or Sunday.

Then when I come home I "try" to get my daily workout in... which consists of my ST 5-6 sometimes more different exercises. I also try to keep it interesting for myself, so I don't get bored of it. I try to do this every day of the week. But it doesn't always happen. So maybe 3-5 times a week.

I have never gone to a gym, except for once and that was a James Leath's gym.

I walk 3 times a week with the exception of last week. I am aiming to do aqua fit at least 3 times per week. I do strength training at least 3 times a week.
