hey that recipe sounds good I think I will have to try it. Its new to me for I have never heard of it. Shall let you know for I have been looking for some better snacks.

Thanks!!!

P. S. And I think you are right about the race. It was better on Friday than Saturday. I wanted Mark to win too not a big fan of Kyle he whines too much and good to see Jr. doing better too. Maybe Mike Helton put a fire under him saying what he did 2 weeks ago.

My new snack infatuation ... it's delish!

Take a wedge of Laughing Cow cheese, any flavor I like the herb & garlic

Take either a small packet of or a tablespoon from a jar of picante sauce and spoon over the cheese

Spread on your fav cracker.

MMMMMMMMMMMM!!! Ok so this may not be new but its new to me and I wanted to share emoticon

And by the way ... Friday's Bristol race was way more exciting than Saturday's. I'm disappointed in Kasey though not surprised, it's not his best track and glad Jr. did so well. Too bad Mark couldn't get around Busch, he deserves a kick in the teeth.
