I stopped drinking diet soda and diet drinks back in February. I don't even miss them anymore. I truly don't like putting those sugar substitutes in my body. I don't deprive myself of foods either. I know my limits and sometimes just a little taste is satisfying enough.

Right on! My educator was happy to see that I don't deprive myself of the foods many consider "bad" for them or avoiding not eating it all because it has "sugar" in it. Yet, many of these people whom are in my life are constantly drinking "diet" beverages or eating snacks that are "sugar free". I always want to scream "REALLY! Just always yourself some REAL SUGAR, it's easier on your body." The key is one does have to know there limits.
