I haven't read your links yet because I am on my phone....but I don't really plan around glycemic index per se.
I began with using the glycemic index as a guide to learn the differences in foods....but have also tailored my meal planning around my blood sugar results.
For me personally, I will get a bigger and longer lasting spike eating one cup of pasta than I will get from eating 2 or 3 servings of fruit.
I do occasionally fall prey to my comfort foods, but I generally stick with whatever will allow me to eat more, lol!

Man sacrifices his health in order to make money.

Then he sacrifices money to recuperate his health.

And then he is so anxious about the future that he does not enjoy the present;

The result being that he does not live in the present or the future;
he lives as if he is never going to die, and then dies having never really lived.

Do you consider the Glycemic Load or Glycmic Index when planning your meals?

I must admit I have not heard much about Glycemic Load. I will have to do some research on this.
