DRINK MMORE WATER!!
also are you weighing and measuring those portions??? it makes a big difference in exerting control over the numbers for sure you need to start tracking if you can it takes a little to get it down but since most of us eat pretty much the same things it gets easier

My blood sugars have been staying in the good levels lately so I am happy about that. I have been having some lows but no highs. That is good. I am on the pump so that helps.

Hi, Kat. Yes, I also have days, more often than not, when my BS is way too high.......

Some days I know it will be elevated because of what is planned (or not planned) for supper, other times I scratch my head wondering what I did wrong. And the days I am on target, I jump for joy!

We have a thread for posting Blood Sugar levels if that is something that you might consider doing. Also, we have a General Discussion thread where you can just talk about anything and everything. Let us know how you are doing, what you need help with, etc.

When my computer is working, I try to get on here every day and many other members also check in as well.

Keep in touch!

Ah. One of the many pitfalls of this dastardly disease. Even though I am officially "In remission" which means I take no meds but test 2x per day, I have days when my night readings are off the chart. Often, the culprit is obvious and sometimes I have no idea what the trigger was.

FBS this am was 85. But I had a few night time readings as high as 255.

Just keep on coming on.

I am so frustrated with my sugar level i try so hard to keep it down between 80 and 120. i had to get a new meter because my other one was not working properly i did not realize how bad my sugar has become i have had a high of 241 last night. i try to eat right and it seems anything i eat is making my stomic upset . It is like my system is fighting the food i just do not know anymore emoticon
