Like the rest of you, a combination of the 3 but mostly #3. We need to enjoy the holidays and not be miserable.

I do a combination of all 3.

Sometimes I can loose a couple of pounds in advance, that that is always good.......

I often try to limit my choices both in volume and type of food so that my BS does not go ridiculously high

But sometimes I am faced with a tidbit that I just love so I will have just a smidge to savour the flavour.

And if I gain a pound or so, I will work extra hard to try to get back on track, but I won't beat myself up over my choices.

We are getting into that time of year when we meet with family, friends and co-workers to enjoy the bounty of the land.

What to you do to prepare for the many food choices you will be facing?

1. Loose it before hand so you can indulge?
2. Eat what is offered and worry about any weight gain after the event?
3. Pick and choose or limit the amount you eat?
