I have removed the "eat new fruit or vegetable" goal and added a new one for taking blood sugar readings daily and for moving (exercise) daily.

To make them both easy to track, they are check boxes, so you don't have to enter any additional data.

there is no cause when there is no effect km

i can do that, but not on a tuesday
for that is my day of thrust in the opposite direction -
off the starboard bow
over the hurdles,
and down the shute.

last is just the slowest winner. c.hunter boyd

I know that the water goal is tracked automatically by Spark, but I think the rest have to be manually tracked by each person.

Each goal tracked is work one Spark Point up to a maximum of 5 Spark Points per day.

I was looking at our team goals.

Drinking water is an important part of our healthy living, and huddling with the team gets members to check in on the team at least occasionally. But there is one that is used by only 1 person and another that, while easy, does not really align with our purpose of living with Diabetes (spark points).

I am wondering if we could replace these two with something more in keeping, such as exercise, taking daily BS readings -- or something else like planning meals/menus weekly, or whatever..........

I am open to ideas and suggestions. We can have up to 5 Team Goals total.
