Hi, everyone,

I am not new to Sparks just been away for awhile. I have been eating vegetarian for around three years and I am trying to go vegan. I have found several recipes on pintrist and have already tried a few. I felt so good when I was tracking my food and workouts, but meonpause, some back pain, and life changes I haven't been taking very good care of myself. I have put on weight and I picked up smoking again,.

I did decide to quit smoking and I'm on day 12, I've been watching what I eat and lost a couple of pounds but a friend sent me an invite to a 5 day clean eating challenge on Fb.
Well it seems to like it's all about drinking their shakes and buying into their weight loss program. I also did not see much for options for my vegetarian diet. So now I'm on a personal challenge to become more fit and maybe loose 5 pounds. Also to create my own incentive to stay stopped smoking.

Sorry so being so long winded, but I plan to come back and reread what I have written here to help me stay motivated.
