First of all welcome . This is the best site for dietary advice . Also congratulations on your academic achievements . The very best diet for health and well being is undoubtedly a Vegan diet but if you are just starting out then it is possibly easier to start with vegetarian and slowly get to being vegan . The easiest way to lose weight without feeling hungry is to try the 5:2 or the 3:4 way of eating . I prefer the 3:4 but the choice is yours . The 5:2 entails a 500 calorie diet for 2 days a week and a normal but sensible diet for 5 days with the 2 diet days spaced out. ., whereas the 3:4 system is 3 days on 1000 calories and 4 days on 1500 - 1600 calories a day . It is easy to lose up to 5 lb a week on either diets .
We are in this together so don't hesitate to ask any questions or tips you may need to help you on your journey to a slimmer you . Blessed be .

Good morning Sparks Family,
I registered in March but because of college I couldn't participate like I wanted. I am graduating tomorrow and I need to lose the weight for health reasons. I am not a big blogger but I do read alot and would greatly appreciate any and all tips. I actually done my first workout this morning and I wear a fitbit. No more excuses.
