emoticon I do exercise anytime I can fit it in...10 minutes here, 20 minutes there, I will do 10 push ups, jumping jacks, ect and by the end of the day I accumulated alot of exercise

Good Morning all thanks for the inspiration just about to get started with my morning exercise I am going to try one of yours I have an exercise bike and a stepper any advise to fit in with an exercise will be appreciated

I am over weight, and headed towards having sugar. Sugar runs in my family. And their is a lot of health issue that go's with gaining weight. and I want to be healthy. willing to do what ever it takes to remain healthy. two years ago I was 125lb now i'm 204.
