My job is stressful as well. I make sure I have food in my desk that are healthy choices and I have tea and Hot chocolate for the days I just really want something. I keep almonds, ThinkThin bars and fruit. I also take a break get a way from my desk and take a deep breath.

Hi - I am looking for encouragement to continue my healthy habits, especially when i am feeling stressed and overwhelmed with work. Want to be healthy and look sexy in a bathing suit!
