I joined before and didn't succeed at following though with diet and exercise - I really need to succeed this time but I admit I don't have an actual diet to follow - atleast yet. My goal is to loose an additional 86 pounds (I recently lost 18 pounds due to taking Lasix for fluid retention), eat healthier food, and get into a daily exercise routine once I get approval from my doctor. I would like to lift light weights 3 times weekly and walk on the other days and just maybe also use an EasyGlider on some days because I know from previous experiences that I usually won't lose any weight unless I exercise. I joined this website because I know I can get support and some good recipes to help me through it all. I'm looking forward to succeeding this time.
