emoticon SPIDER30410. I wish you the best with your program. Spark People has been very useful for me in the past and I have returned recently. It takes little adjustment to make changes and I actually feel a little overwhelmed with my schedule right now but I know everything will settle soon. I have already lost 6 lbs since I have reset my SP program! emoticon

New to this site. Giving it a try. I usually feel beyond help most days-sometimes there's a breakthrough but it doesn't seem to last. I exercise with Teresa Tapp (T-Tap) at home and I hate to go to the gym

Thanks for supporting me with getting the exercise done!
