Welcome back... I remember you... The thing to remember about exercising "in front" of people is -. most folks never notice you. You really are alone----even in a gym full of people. Everyone is in their own head, thinking about their own problems or planning their day. I really don't know if that is the good news or the bad news.. I DO know it is the truth, though.

Once I figured that out it was much easier for me to go to the gym or run out among all the people....

hello sparkies, :)

my name is kim. i am a canadian, who loves photography (mostly street photography and nature), addicted to hello kitty & horror movies (yeah, i know that both of them don't go well together...but that's just me){*smiles*}. i am *wanting* to become a vegetarian but kind of nervous that i would just end up turning back to meat in the end... but i am willing to even try to do it. :) i am an emotional eater... but, surprising i did everything but eat after getting hit by a car in november 2013 - weird eh? that's when i would think i *would* turn to food & eating .. but i didn't. my current choice of exercise is walking... i have the "walk away the pounds" dvd & enjoy doing it. :) eventually i would like to purchase my own elliptical and do it in the comfort of my own apartment. i am shy and don't like to exercise in front of others. i would like to eventually learn and do zumba. it just looks like a LOTTA fun. :)
