emoticon to the team! The best thing that you can do for yourself is to start using the Nutrition and Fitness Trackers here on Spark. It is a real eye-opener to see the number of calories in the foods you eat and it is such a rush to see how many you burned during exercise.
Eat clean and cut out dairy and you will see the pounds disappear and your energy come back. emoticon
