Welcome to the Team and congrats for taking off 30 pounds for good. You're at the right place to get support. Since you're new to the site, I think you may also find this article about finding a buddy helpful:

Hope that helps--and good luck!

Howdy everyone.

I lost 30 lbs last year and have kept it off for a year. I have not tried to loose anymore, since that time...but want to get back on the bandwagon. My knees are starting to feel it, and I keep thinking what my body will be like in another 30 years if I don't loose the rest of the weight.

I joined here because I'm hoping buddying up with someone else will help me get there. Accountability is easier when it written out. So please help me stay focused and on track!
