I'm definitely in the same boat with the portion control and snacking. I'm not a mom, but I know how it is to balance life on top of trying to find to time to eat right and exercise.

Hi everyone, my name is Valerie I am 28 /5'4/214lbs/mother of three 1,5, & 7.

I am working on losing 50-60 pounds I just recently restarted the program, after taking a break for a year or so after having a new baby, I previously lost 65lbs,I started at around 245lbs in 2010 and lowest weight before I was pregnant in 2014 was 181lbs.. and now I am hoping to to reach my goal Of 160

In the past I walked off the weight all at home! No gyms or gear,but now with a very clingy crying toddler lol,it's hard to get a moment to workout as I did,I have problem withortion control and will eat over what I need on top of snacking late at night.i counted calories but now am having a hard time due to nursing and not being as active.

I would love to find other people that are looking to lose the same amount of weight, or are also experiencing the same eating problems or maybe other moms who are going to the same thing.

Aside from losing weight I'm also very passionate about crafting/making things, reading,anime,video games and fashion design I also love the Gothic culture I live a goth lifestyle and enjoy spooky things and scary movies.
