Welcome, the best advise I can give you is to do all your tracking and educate yourself as much as possable on this site. There is more to it than staying inside your calorie limits. Push your exercise a little more each week. You will have days you fail but just start new the next day.

Hi everyone, just wanted to introduce myself. I just started dieting and edercising. I've gained 25lbs since last year, and it's definitely made me feel insecure about myself. I weigh 154lbs right now. I am hoping to get down to 134lbs by Halloween, and then eventually get all the way back down to 125lbs by the end of the year. I would love any advice anone is willing to give me about diet and exercise.
