Hi I am very new to this forum am would like to say hi. I am trying to lose around 40 pounds this year. I lost 50 pounds last year without really trying and hit my plato so figured with the help and support of everyone I might just break through it.

I have two daughters and 6 Grandchildren ages 16 through 9. They are all active with school. My daughters are both going to college, one is Masters headed and one is Bachelors headed.
