Hello All! I'm turing 30 very soon and just viewed pics from an annual I've struggled with deciding if I'm going to embrace my curves or do something to get healthy for years. I've also had a bunch of false starts. I'm REALLY good at just about anything (for two weeks).

So, I've decided: I'm ready to do something to get healthy. I really want to do it this time, so I'm going to form a realistic plan and reach my goal.
