Welcome to the team. I just started running last summer. I've completed 2 5Ks and running a 4 mile race next month.

50 is the new 30.

Hi I'm Lori and I actually live in Woodland. I've only been here a week and it's been fun. My goal is to run a few 5K's this year with decent times and next year I'd like to run a half marathon. Not being a runner I'm not really sure about the training. Can anyone give me some pointers?
