Welcome Momma!! Remember your body is still recovering from having your little one, so take it easy!! But you can do it. I felt phenominal after Summer was born and started jogging just a few weeks after (was NEVER a jogger!) You can do it!!!!

Hello everyone! I just had my second baby on may 6th! I got up to 207 while pregnant, and i am currently 190 pounds. I am so excited to lose this weight, i am going to do this! I love having weight loss buddies if anyone wants to join me. my goal is to get back to 145 (pre-pregnancy weight) and eventually get to 135 after that! i weigh in on tuesdays if anyone wants to join me, or if you just wanna check out my progress! lets do this thing ladies:)
