Hi. I'm new to this group. I try to find interesting activities to stay active and keep fitness fun. I have a zip line tour planned for next weekend. Can't wait!

That sounds like A LOT of fun. I'm going to look for something like that in my area.
I wish I had info on the calories burned... I imagine it is quite a workout!

I am new to the team and wanted to tell you about an amazingly fun thing that I did this weekend. I took my daughter and 6 friends (all 15) to a zip line canopy challenge course and I participated as well! The course is set in the treetops and you go from platform to platform between trees. there are 44 challenges and 18 zip lines all the way down the mountain. It was an amazing AND challenging experience and I'm really glad that we experienced it! I have no idea how many calories you burn an hour doing this - but it was rigorous exercise and we were at it for 2 hours and 45 minutes! If anyone knows calories/hour (I can't find any info on this anywhere on the net) I would love to know. What fun to see all of these girls zipping through the tree tops and facing those challenges that high off the ground! You should try it if you ever get a chance!
