Hey!

Well I traveled out of time this weekend with my husband and went off track. The main reason was because my husband (and I :) ) wanted to try so of the regional goods (in this case Philly Cheese Steaks). Obviously, this is not going to work if I am going to lose (and maintain) weight. I can get over a weekend of not following my Spark plan, but I have more trips coming up and I do not want to make this a habit. What is the best way to travel, enjoy the local goods, but not go calorie crazy?
