Welcome to the team!

My advice for exercise is to schedule it in just like you would a class and attend every day. This gets harder as you get busier, it is too easy to take time from exercise to study/work.

Good luck with your studies!!

Bent and broken them down,
Could have stood up sharply in the sky.

I graduated with my BA in June and start grad school in October. All Summer I have been studying for and taking exams which are required for this program. It has been an exhausting Summer and I am ready to start school! I lost 35lb in the last 6 months by just watching what I eat. I am starting the "Insanity" exercise program tomorrow. I would love to start grad school buff, lol. I have a teenage daughter and a partner who are supportive of me but I worry there will be a lot of sacrifice on their part as well. Any advice for the new grad school student who wants to stay in shape?
