Hey all...I'm a 2nd yr grad student in Philadelphia (commuting between center city and the northeast), and just hoping to find some support here. I have a LONG way to go to reach my fitness and weight goals, but am hoping that this year I can schedule it in, as if it were a part of my school routine or something.

I'm in the Couples & Family therapy program at my school, and I work at an agency that provides therapy services for low-income families. Trying to figure out whether my diet is affected by my work yet or not..

Anyway HI! I'd love to meet friends in the Philly area for support :)
