emoticon Welcome to the team!

Healthy eating in grad school (and with a long commute) can be a challenge. I would suggest taking a little time to pack healthy meals and to carry some healthy snacks in your car. If possible, take some time during the day to visit the gym on campus and get in some exercise.

Good luck with your educational goals and your health/weight loss goals!!

Hi all. I am now "officially" a grad student now that I've been through orientation and started class. I am getting my Master's in Occupational Therapy in Philly and since I live 90 minutes away from Philly it will be a challenge to lose weight while being in school and commuting. This seems like a great supportive group and hopefully I can keep the weight loss going...
