Hi Sarah,

I'm new to this group to. I'm currently in the process of applying for a PhD program in medieval history, which I'll hopefully be starting next year. *fingers crossed* I went ahead and joined this group now so that I'll already have a supportive group in place once I start my new program next year.

I've found when going through a dramatic schedule change that the best thing I can do is to be sure to do something while I'm going through the change. Even if I'm not eating AS well, sleeping AS much, or exercising AS regularly, I'm taking care to not let everything fall by the wayside.

Hi! I just started graduate school over the summer, doing a Masters of Education in School Counseling.

I live in Portland, OR. I've been a sparker for a long time, but thought I'd find a team with other like-minded students! :)

My schedule is changing dramatically this month, and I'm finding it hard to eat well, sleep well, exercise regularly and just generally keep focused on my health when I'm so busy! I'm guessing others are feeling this too?

I'd love to hear how others deal with this.

I'm obsessively planning/executing/tracking right now, hoping that it will become routine in the NEAR future. :)
