Hey Amber!

Trying to fit exercise in is a bastard, isn't it???? I'm doing a PhD and have two small kids, so I know how you feel....

I get up early and go running or cycling in the morning, as it's the only time I can go (husband looks after children before work). Unfortunately, I have no suggestions for you, but I wish you luck!

Cheers,

BJ

Hey everyone, my name is Amber and I'm currently pursuing my masters in community counseling. I start my internship next week and know that for the next few months working out and eating right are going to be tough. What tips to do you all have for fitting in working out in your schedule? I'm so tired in the mornings from lack of sleep that morning workouts are not possible and I'm so exhausted by the time I get home in the evenings that I can't bring myself to go to the gym. I'm at a loss. Nice to meet all of you.

Amber
