Hi there! I know what you mean about the stress, but at least for me I find that the exercise helps relieve some of that stress!

Just wanted to introduce myself. I actually joined SP in Sept. of '07 under a different user name, but then between getting my masters, teaching, and starting to study for my prelim exam - well, let's just say I wanted a fresh start. My stress level couldn't possibly be any higher, and yet - here I am, once again trying to lose weight (way to add on stress!!!!)

Right now, my goals are simply to read all 3,000 pages by Jan 8th that I need for my prelims, not let my gym membership be a waste of money, and not constantly shove food in my mouth in order to stay away just to read.
