Hi, welcome back! Congratulations on maintaining for so long-- I decided to get back on track in May once I realized my weight had been creeping back up over the last academic year. This time around I also decided to try to be more active in the teams and challenges, and I feel like that's made a big difference in my motivation levels-- hope it also works for you!

Dee

Hey all, I'm a 3rd year med student. I lost 30lbs last year with spark people but have been maintaining ever since. I'd like to blame stuff like my extracurricular responsibilities, my nat'l licensing/board exam, and now, my busy clinical schedule...but really I know that the biggest part has just been lack of motivation and fear. So, I'm ready to start again and try to lose the last 15lbs and make it into the "healthy" BMI range.

I'm picking up calorie counting/tracking again and have restarted the Couch to 5K program and am finishing up week 6. Figuring out how to incorporate strength training... I never really got too involved with teams last year, but I'm looking forward to it this time around. Best of luck everyone!
