Hey, ya'll.
I'm a graduate student working on my doctorate in clinical psychology. We spend all this time learning about stress management, but I can't seem to apply it. I have a hard time finding time to exercise in general. I am doing better at eating healthier...until I get to late-night snacking. I also have this terrible habit of just watching tv all night long instead of getting enough sleep or getting up early in the morning to get in exercise. I'm not sure why I do that...it's something I have recently realized.
I'm also planning on getting married sometime in the next year, and I'd really like to lose weight and be healthier before then. I can't believe how heavy I am right now! Add to that some joint problems which make it difficult and sometimes painful to exercise...*sigh* I'm really struggling.
I look forward to getting some moral support!
