I would also say prepare on the weekend. Cook healthy dinners, pack them in containers if you need to, make lunches, and then you can just grab them and go. I know it is easier said than done, but it works for me.

I like to cook on the weekends. It gives me a time where I have to set aside fretting about school, and I get to work with my hands. I tend to cook things that can be easily refridgerated and eaten all week: curries, soups, chili, etc. Then I have food on hand through the week and I don't need to worry then. My sister, who's working and doing her MBA, does the same thing.

I think it's all in the planning. Get a cookbook or two, and when you get home during the week, leaf through them and pick out a recipe or two that you plan to make on the weekend. Then when the weekend hits, you know what you're doing.

Good luck! I know it's tough, but if you can find a system that works for you, it will totally simplify your life.

So I work about a 45 hour week and am a full time MBA student in the evenings. I leave for work before 6:30 am and am done with work/class after 9pm. When I don't have class after work, I'm usually reading for school. Weekends-I'm always studying or Thinking about studying.

I really need motivation to break out of the cycle! I think I manage my time really well but really, whom am I kidding? I'm lazy and overweight and stress related eating is an issue in the evenings.

Would love to know how other busy individuals manage their lives. I'm in need of a lifestyle change.

sweeeeet!!!
