I was almost EXACTLY where you are right now in 2010! *HUGS* Please know that you CAN do this. It is not easy. It will be frustrating. There will be moments when you "mess up" and want to quit. Please please please don't! Your health and family depend on it!
In 2010 I weighed 236 lbs, had high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and had been gestational diabetic. I have two children, was working full time and had just finished my BS Degree in Accounting. I have congenital heart disease and my cardiologist read me the riot act. My father's entire family (seven siblings and parents) had all had heart attacks and were dead. It was time. I have changed my life and reclaimed it. YOU CAN TOO! I promise. I now am a healthy weight (149 lbs) with normal blood pressure, normal cholesterol, and normal glucose readings! I run 5Ks and work out 6 days per week. I am a vegetarian now. I feel SO MUCH BETTER. I have energy to keep up with my kids and my job and my housework and so on!
Log your food, make the best possible choices. Drink water. Get as much rest as possible (as close to 8 hours per night as you can with your busy schedule). Move your body, even if it is for 10 minutes per day (do a spark video). Love yourself. Be forgiving to yourself. Log on. Keep pushing! You can do this!
