I agree on that Jason Fung book!
One quick tip regarding that ‘starving to death’ feeling.
Learn to observe how your hunger comes and goes...seriously!
You will not die if hunger.
I have never gotten a headache or felt faint or gotten that keto flu some folks get.
I fast between 16 and 20 hours 4 or 5 times a week.
Am tweaking my plan now as I have not lost much weight at all but just figured it out.

I'm new to IF and looking for support. I have a naturally low carb diet and have not had a solid loss to my weight in over 6 months. My PCP recommended IF and I'm trying to learn as much about it as I can so I can use it correctly and not feel like I'm starving :)
