Welcome!

Were you sedentary before joining SP? Make sure your fitness level reflects correctly so SP can adjust your calorie range accordingly. It almost sounds like you're eating too few calories for as much as you walk and do cardio.
Maybe try switching up your routine a little. Maybe throw in some Quick Fire Challenges to keep your body guessing.
Also, when I hit a plateau, one of my SPF's told me to have one high calorie day and one low calorie day - that also keeps the body guessing.

I joined this team last week I believe, but have yet to post anything. First off I want to say THANK YOU very much for all of the nice comments that were left on my page and the goodies. You guys really know how to make someone feel welcomed :D.

I've been on Sparkpeople about a month and saw a lot of people that are on my friends list were in this group so I decided that I'd join and check it out too :D :D :D.

Since I've been on Sparkpeople (31 days), I've lost about 17 pounds.
Although the past 1.5 to 2 weeks I've been at the same weight Yo yo between 201 and 202. ITS BECOME VERY FRUSTRATING!!!
Today I've been reading trying to find ways to get over this disappointing plateau. I'd love any suggestions that you guys might have that would help me.
I've stuck to my calorie range and exercised every day. I've started to think ok I've exercised more then I ever have in my life maybe I'm not eating enough. So the next few days I'm going to stop stressing over the scale and concentrate on a few more calories.
To give you guys a idea I usually eat around 1200 to 1300 calories a day.
And I walk around 6 to 7 miles per day plus do at least 30 minutes of cardio a day. Strength train about twice a week. And always get in all of my water.
I really could use support from others who have hit plateau's what did you do to get out of it???

Sorry I didn't mean for my first post to be a negative post. I just don't want to give up I want to keep going. :D :D :D
