Welcome back, take 5 minutes to yourself just to do some deep breathing. I didn't think that it would work until I tried it myself. It works wonders for busy stressed out people like us lol Always take time out for yourself even if just a few minutes.. Good luck emoticon emoticon

Hey Everyone!!

Just joined Sparkpeople for the 3rd time!! LOL Maybe the 3rd time is the charm! I am a single Mom of 3 boys (18, 15 and 12). My youngest has severe ADHD so he keeps me EXTREMELY busy :) I just would like to know what are some tips and tricks that you all have! I feel like I do not have enough time in the day to take care of myself!! I definitely believe stress is a contributing factor to my weight gain but I don't know how to control that! :(

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!!
