My name is Kim. I'm in my early 40's and have been separated from my husband of 18 years since February. We struggled for a long long time so our ending was not really a surprise. Initially it was a relief although I find lately its a bit of a struggle. These past few months have been a whirlwind of stress. We have 3 children ages 7, 5, 3. I moved out, went back to work after being a stay at home parent for 7 years. My father has been in the hospital. And just a lot of other stuff going on.

Weight wise I've always been about an extra 10 over. I'm sort of muscular and big boned so I didn't worry much. I managed not to gain weight after having my kids. But a year ago I found out I had jumped up almost 18 pounds in a year. And today, I found out I gained another 22 pounds in the last year. I'm just devastated. I try to work out and eat healthy but I'm just all over the map right now. I'm 8 pounds from my heaviest weight and that was when I was pregnant with my first baby (who has 9.5 lbs). Ugh!!! I'm trying not to be to hard on myself but it really sucks.

Anyway, I am hoping to get to the gym more and make healthier choices. More water and no creamer in the coffee. I know from experience cutting out creamer is an easy 5 lbs to lose.

Thanks for listening.
