Good morning,

My name is Sheila and live on the East Coast. A few years ago I took a challenge with a friend to lose some weight. I was quite successful with the weight loss; however I have started to put it back on. This past November I joined a gym but with the holidays I did not do as well as I should have. I am back in the gym. My goal is to lose 15 lbs but I will be satisfied with 10. Believe me losing that ten pounds has been a challenge. Tracking my food daily makes me more conscious of how much I eat because I don't want to see a large caloric entry. Wishing each of you success in your endeavor to live a healthier lifestyle.
