Welcome! Consistency is something I have a hard time with, too. Sometimes you just have to make yourself do it. Leave yourself little reminders, post it notes, alerts on your phone. It's also nice to have others to count on, but just remember, the one person you can always count on is yourself! Do it for you! You can do it! Feel free to add me if you like. I'm Heather. Hi everyone! I'm not new to Sparks People but I find it hard to find my motivation. It seems like I will start my journey, only to stop a week or 2 weeks later. I know nothing is achieved unless hard work and effort is put behind it. I've tried the buddy system and it seems to fail me everytime. I match up with friends and they soon start dropping one by one. I figured it is totally on me to lose the weight for a healthier me and to prove to myself that it CAN and WILL be DONE!!!!
