I haven't been on here in YEARS....seems crazy because back then I would log in everyday, make sure I had entered in all my foods, water, ect. But then I guess life happened. I am a single mom of two boys, Adrian who is almost 6 and David who is almost 3 and 1/2. They are the most amazingly difficult :P children that I have ever met. They make my days full of life, love, storms, and everything in between. I couldn't imagine what it would be like without them. They are definitely making me pay for my raising, not sure what I was thinking when I wanted more then one child, but they are my whole world, I am blessed to have such inquisitive children that keep me on my toes.
Throughout my weight loss journey, my weight has yo-yo'ed up and down. I have been as high as 313 (while pregnant...but still a horrible number) and as "low" as 220. I am currently stuck at about 244. I want to get started again losing weight and I know that I need to keep track of what I am eating, how much water I'm drinking and how much physical activity I am getting throughout the day. I figured getting back to the basics, something I knew and was familiar with would be the way to go.
If anyone wants to talk, share tips, ect. Feel free to message me. I'd love to get to know new people now that I'm back on here again :)
