I am just starting this program and am going to do my best to keep on track and get closer to my final goal.

Being a shift worker, I find it so hard to eat when and as often as I'm supposed to as well as the right foods instead of fast food and junk food.

I am at a point in my life that I do want is to be healthy which will improve my health and make me feel better about my appearance so I can be more happy about myself.

This is the start for me, so here I go.

I wish anyone on this the same good luck and just keep going and don't give up. We all deserve to live a long and happy life so lets do it....
