He is the one who is teaching me he is so healthy he works out at least 6 days aweek so I'm making my weight loss something we can do together. Hello everyone, how are you? Well this is my first day to a wonderful and healthy lifestyle. I want to be healthy and be a good example for my son. Teach him how to enjoy food and be healthy too. I need motivation and encouragement. I want to get to a point where being healthy and enjoy IT and enjoying life comes natural to me. I don't want it to feel forced. I guess I want to change the way I think about food and why I eat it. I think because of my struggles with food and not being happy with myself and my body leads to depression and failed relationships..or not even failed..just leads to me NOT even wanting to pursue a relationship because I don't feel attractive..even though I know I'm a wonderful mother and person on the inside. I hope this is the first step to changing my life for the better. I'd love to make those changes so that perhaps I might be open to meeting someone to share my life with and be a wonderful example for my son. He's seven and learns from what he sees and I want him to see something positive and amazing.
