Hi! My name is Mel. I've been on SparkPeople for just over two years now. I did really well on it until the first of this year when I quit tracking food and exercise. :0( Now I'm getting myself motivated again. I started out at 150 pounds two years ago and my ultimate goal is to have lost a total of 30 pounds by my 30th birthday (which will be next April).

I'm looking forward to becoming more active on this site (again) and hope to post messages and such at least once a week.

Baby steps will get you where you need to go. . .eventually...you just have to start out by taking the first step.
