Welcome Keysha! This site has really been a blessing to me in many ways. There are a lot of great articles, tracking my calories has really taught me a lot about what my body needs, tracking exercise has helped motivate me, and I've met a lot of nice people. Good luck on your journey. emoticon

Hello, my name is Keysha. I found this website online and joined because it appeared to be great. I am a single parent trying to juggle work, housework, church activities, my son's sports activities, helping with homework, etc. It's hard for me to find foods that are healthy for me to eat and that my son will enjoy. It's also hard to find healthy foods when we are on the go which seems like 24 hours a day! I would appreciate any guidance and advice from anyone. My main problem is squeezing in some "me time" between all of these duties. I look forward to gaining friends as well as concepts on how to balance my life and making a lifestyle change.
