Hi Welcome to the team. I agree with Miller. The nutrition tracker is the best tool to use to get your eating under control.

Hi and welcome - we're glad to have you on the team. Probably the most important thing to do is to use the Nutrition Tracker to track everything you eat and drink. That will give you a good idea of healthy changes or adjustments you can make.
