My ideal calorie intake according to Spark People: 1,200 - 1,550
I'm normally at 1,300 - 1,400 and I have a routine.
I wake up and eat a fruit, I workout, I eat breakfast (oatmeal with dried fruit or cereal with nonfat milk ect...) I go for a 15 minute bike ride, I eat lunch (I love sandwiches and I always eat a salad with low-fat Caesar dressing) I have a snack, I eat dinner (I eat a light dinner, and a cup of frozen fruit because I always crave sweets!) and I go to bed by 10 p.m.
I always try and plan my meals the day before and I leave it at around 1,000 - 1,200 calories just in case I am tempted the next day, like yesterday I ate a mini banana nut bread that was less than 100 calories, or I'll eat a skinny cow ice-cream or chocolate bar.
